Would you construe this as a harment and if so what type?

at work i have a floating manager she is very rude and condescending. ( customer even complain about her). i have seen my main and direct manager with gloves on pull up food from the hot area. and the floating one she got mad at me and screamed in front of the customer. i told her to give me the tongs and i did my job and she hit me on the but and was going " i am you i am " i told her she ever touches me again i will file was i right or wrong in the situation please advice
