How do I feel alive again?

Its the feeling of waking up everyday with excitement and anticipation, and enjoying everything by being happy with laughter etc. I feel old and dejected because I don't have any friends or loved ones. Every time I do anything I just feel depressed and my girl told me she doesn't love me anymore.
