Is it possible for Muslims to religiously not have a problem with Jews/ Israel?

I actually want to know. Im not like one of those idiots who post rhetorical questions to push some kind of agenda. I always thought Islam hated everything about Jewish culture and thus Zionism. How do "moderate" Muslims say they like Jews and are OK with Israel if in the Quran it totally blasts Jewry. Once again, I actually want to know. btw, I'm an Israeli Jew (not that it should matter)
