Why don't you try mangafox putting in smut because there are a lot of manga with the male teacher falls in love with his student and there are some with a guy who's an animal falls in love with a girl. But for that last one try smut and supernatrual. My favorite manga that's like the animal one is Love Monster and Chrono Crusade and Black Bird.
