Spiritually speaking are good intentions the source of all folly and evil as well?

If you try to legislate others to become the same as you aren't you really just another dictator Hitler , Stalin , Castro , Pol Pot , Mao and so many others ? Creating a dogmatic anti-educational society is why the USA is no longer stable . Even if your intentions are good they create evil .
