I took this quiz in a women's world magazine, and apparenly I lack dopamine. I am not stupid so please don't respond in any way that would imply otherwise, my symptoms would include extreme fatigue even after hours of sleep, head aches, cravings for sweets, poor memory, difficultly paying attention....I don't eat alot of processed flour based foods so don't say carbs, it has been ruled out. So if it is a dopamine deficiency, how do I increase my dopamine production? I can't afford the doctor I have no health insurance. Any POLITE suggestions?
