Logan Lerman's fan mail and autograph request address?

I really really want to send and autograph request to Logan Lerman but I've found two addresses and with one - apparently no one has recieved and thing and with the other one ; someone has but I don't know if that's real. Has anyone recieve an autograph from him after a request ? If so, are you able to give me the address ?
