I need help with pain relief please please help me?

Recently I was diagnosed with Congenital muscular torticollis. They have given me many medications for pain and muscle relaxers still nothing helps. I have been given vicodin,darvoset,tramadol,valium,flexaro… etc.. nothing helps its excruciating pain. I just want it to go away. It's effecting my work, school and social life any suggestions on how to go about this?
