I'm losing a lot of weight....?

Eat more lean meats and drink low fat milk. The more protein the easier it will be to beef up. Eat healthy things with higher calorie counts. Like some whole wheat breads have 200 plus cals per serving that's kinda alot but it's still good for you. just eat healthy fats too like avocado, low fat peanut er or natural peanut er, nuts like almonds, Extra virgin olive oil, olives etc. You should look up health foods or get a subscription to a health magazine. good luck!!
