Does anyone know of a painter named Emil Kosa and his painting called "The Tides"?

i am trying to find out more about this original painting in excellent condition that was given to my mother when her mother-in-law ped. i am trying to help her out with any information or LEGITIMATE buyers in central/south shore area in M. thanks everyone in advance for your help. :)
