What is pak mei kung fu?

Is it more like northern or southern shaolin style?I heard it was a mixture of the taoist and shaolin kung fu style?is this true?what is the taoist style like?and what shaolin style is it reffering too?how is this style different from wing chun and hung gar?I heard that pak mei involves kicks and leg movement as well as hands is this true?thank you all for your answers
