Should I be using fleet enema for an fissure?

I heard it cleans your colon out, but I also heard it could also sc an fissure or create one. also, after holding the enema in for 10-15 min, does the stuff in your colon come out soft, or hard, because I'm afraid it might hurt my sphincter to stretch it if everything's coming out at once.
