Secret frame in the movie Seven with Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman (Spoiler alert)?

At the very end of the movie, right as Brad Pitt lowers his head one last time before he shoots Kevin Spacey, a picture of a face, or so I think, all I can make out is a pair of eyes, is flashed for a frame. Can someone tell me what this frame shows?
