Racism between Asians and Blacks?

At work I've noticed that one manager who is black, always laughs heartily at my white or black co-workers jokes, while to me (I'm Chinese), he's completely different. In fact, sometimes he's downright rude and sarcastic. It's been a hellish experience working there, but I can't afford to quit. I'm just becoming more and more bitter and angry. I'm afraid I'm becoming racist, and I don't want to. Plus, there's this other black girl who never smiles at me and just stares at me without any expression on her face. And then when I got into an argument with my black manager, this girl chimes in and takes his side. It's really obvious to me that their actions are somewhat racist. I hate this whole situation and it's really bringing me down. I don't know what to do :(
