No you have not had enough, you need 1500 calories if a woman or 2000 if a man. The carrots are good as a snack, and so is the yogurt. The stir fry is OK but the crisps are not good. You need some carbohydrates for energy. You should eat a pasta salad or a sandwich containing some salad and you should eat a couple of pieces of fruit as well. Dont starve yourself on rabbit food diets even if you are trying to lose weight. You need to eat a good breakfast regardless.
