Is this a good sub setup?

would two of these subs http://www.polkaudio.com/caraudio/dxi/specs.php#boxes with this amp http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KAC9105/Kenwood-KAC-9105D.html?tp=35834 be a good setup? I'm worried the amp might overpower the subs.
