Is it safe to uninstall and install the same program all the time?

Hello.My parents dont like me having the game World of Warcraft on my computer so during the morning (when they r gone) i install it and play, then in the evening (when they come back), i uninstall it again. I wus wondering if this is safe and that it will not harm my computer. And for my computer, downloading WoW only takes about 15 minutes.(i have the updaters and installers saved on a disc)
