Is it a dunk if it was not powerful and the rim was tilted about 2-3 inches.?

I'm 5'6 at 14, and I wanted to know if what I did qulified as a real dunk. I got the ball over the hoop and just barely grabbed the rim. Yes it was 10 ft. but the rim was tilted about 2-3 in. on 1 side. Thnx! I have mad ups and when do you think I will be dunking cleanly. I'm supposed to grow to about 5'11.
