Engineer's Visa for Diploma civil engineer?

Hi, I m Diploma Civil Engineer i got a offer of Site Engineer at Abu Dhabi for AED 4500 pm with free sharing accommodation, the is offering me a supervisor visa, is there any difference between Engineer's VISA and supervisor's VISA. Should i except it or not.
