Do colleges look back into the exams you took in elementary and middle school?

Hi! I'm a teen girl who holds very (maybe even too high) standards of herself. I strive to be the very best I can be. I maintain straight A grades on all of my progress and report cards. I worry a lot, too. I was wondering; do colleges look back on those interim (essments) that the district give you? What about STAR (I live in CA) results? I'm going to make sure that high school is my best year. One last time: do colleges look back on your grades in elementary and middle school? Thanks for your help! :)
