Any current or former USPS workers here - I have a question about Track & Confirm?

Your package should now be in Customs. How long it stays in Customs depends on the number of packages to be inspected by Customs. Your friend could have the package in a few days, or a few weeks. I don't know the exact phrase, but it will show up on "Track and Confirm".
