My friend is really depressed please answer!?

So my friend called me and i couldnt really hear her but i could later and she was all i hate myself and in the begining she was talking about how she wanted designer clothes but in the end she was talking about how she wanted her family to know how it feels to get angry and how theyre perfect and i tried telling her that they rnt perfect and shes like ur just saying the same thing they are and then she started saying how she hated herself beacuse she was gaining weight and she was a slob and then she said she was thinking about killing herself and this is really out of charector for her i mean she wines alot but idk what to do HELP ME what should i do/ say to her i tried calling her but her phone was off HELP
